A person supposedly as wise and a man of peace, such as the Pope Benedict XVI can not make mistakes, inciting confrontation. However once the mistake is acknowledged Islam is the first to call for reconciliation. Well intentioned individuals will immediately see, just by visiting this web site, that Islam is not only not compatible with irrationality and violence but moreover is firmly opposed to them.
Christians, Jews and Muslims are all part of a whole handed down by the Prophet Abraham, each with their differences and their respective points of view. For this reason we can not under any circumstance allow religion, any religion to be manipulated by politics as a pretext on which to generate hate and confrontation between peoples. More so today than ever before we must remain calm, serene and follow the example of our Prophets.
